As technology advances and the quality of life improves, there is a deep need that requires of aluminium alloy that bears high strength, high toughness, high surface glossiness, anti-corrosion, and high fatigue resistivity [2]. This study aims to investigate the effects of secondary aging treatment on the mechanical properties and Surface Glossiness of the 7003 aluminium alloy by using several equipment, including: confocal laser microscope, white light interferometer, gloss meter, micro Vickers hardness tester and tensile test machine. This research was conducted by experimental method by giving treatment on the aluminium alloy 7003 with some treatments, there are: aging treatment at 100˚C for 5 hours and then secondary aging treatment at several different temperatures at 150˚C, 175˚C and 200˚C for 9 hours respectively. Based on our experimental results, it obtained: After being aged at 100 ℃ for 5 hours and then secondary aged at 175℃ for 9 hours, the 7003 aluminium alloy obtained excellent mechanical properties, which can achieve the industrial requirements of Yield strength 320 MPa and Elongation 13% for 3C mobile phone products. The 7003 aluminium alloy after being anodizing treated could obtain excellent Surface Glossiness and oxidation layer. The present aluminium alloy can achieve Surface Glossiness better than 1200 GU and the thickness of oxidation layer exceed 10μm, which were suitable for 3C industrial applications

The result of learning is coming from the skill someone has accepted after following learning activities. Students' achievement can be seen from various domains they are cognitive, affective, psychomotoric. To know the skill that students have to achieve, we need to pay attention toward learning achievement as well as the quality of students' changed behaviour. This article discusses about 6 teaching skills that teachers should own, namely: (1) skill to open the teaching, (2) skill to explain, (3) skill to question, (4) skill to emphasize, (5) skill to conduct various techniques in teaching learning, and (6) skill to close the teaching learning process

The change of land type is to increase the land-use type in one sector followed to other sectors by the reduction of land types. By the other word, the land-use change is the change of land function in a particular period of time, as such the changes of agricultural land that used for non-agricultural land. The aim of this study is to investigate and analyze the conditions of farming business society in Kemuning Muda Village of Bunga Raya sub-district in Siak Regency as well as to investigate and analyze the factors that affect farmers to make the conversion of the paddy land to oil palm land in Kemuning Muda Village of Bunga Raya sub-district in Siak Regency. This study is expected to be as inputs and sources of thought for other studies in deeper investigation of the land conversion issues. This study was occurring at the beginning to end of January. The quantitative descriptive study methodology was employed to find out and describe the particular social phenomenon and attempt to analyze it appropriately with the fact based on collecting data. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques were using questionnaires and documentation. Descriptive quantitative methods was used for data analysis, first the authors frame the data into a table and then briefed and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the data presentation of this study described based on data gathered from field research which includes a variety of farmers characteristics may include demographic character, social character and the character of the economic condition of the farmers themselves. These characters differentiate the type of farmer behavior in certain circumstances. Characteristics observed in this study were age, education, the number of dependents, employment, land area, income. The factors influencing farmers to conversion of land-use were social change in the farmer groups community wherein bring the change of social and economic conditions around him both internally and externally. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the tea plantation conversion to palmoil plantation at PT Nusantara IV Marjandi toward the level of social welfare. This study uses primary data through questionnaires and interviews to the employees of PTPN IV Marjandi and to the people around PTPN IV Marjandi and secondary data obtained from PT PTPN IV Marjandi. The analytical methods used in this study is Test T - Test and descriptive statistic. The results showed that the conversion have negative impact tothe work chance in the PTPN IV Marjandi, positive impact on the level of labor income because there is a very significant difference between average labor income before and after the conversion of the tea plantation to palmoilplantation, and positive impact on the level of people income because there is a significant difference between the average income of the people before and after tea plantation conversion to palmoil plantations

This research aims to analyze the effect of the number of fleets, the number of fisherman, GDP, and investment to the production of fisheries in the region of Nias. The data used in this research is secondary data which is obtained from Badan Pusat Statistik and Dinas Perikanan. The sample consists of five regencies/city, including Regency of Nias, Regency of Nias Selatan, Regency of Nias Utara, Regency of Nias Barat, and Gunungsitoli. This research used the method of Panel Data Analysis which is based on five years observation, from 2008 to 2012. The result of this research showed that the number of fleet and the number of fisherman have a positive and significant effect to the production of fisheries in the region of Nias. GDP has a negative and significant effect to the production of fisheries in the region of Nias. While investment has a negative and insignificant effect to the production of fisheries in the region of Nias. The result of Chow test and Haussman Test show that the best method to use is FEM. Based on difference test among variables can be seen that there is difference of fishery production among the regencies of Nias

This study is proposed in answering to the question of “What types of partisipation do farmers give in developing Rurals Areas in Regency of Konawe”. This study was conducted in the rural areas of farmers who have joined in farmer groups, included outlying rural areas and swasembada rural areas in the Regency of Konawe. Technique of choosing samples was carried out by ”cluster purposive sampling”, i.e., firstly, population is grouped based on regions/rural areas, then 5 respondents are chosen purposively from every farmer (member of farmer group) who have been choosen from 10 rural areas. Finally, 50 samples of respondents are chosen (farmers who are members of farmer group). Data collection was undertaken by three methods, they are: (1) indepth observation, (2) indepth interview, and (3) focus group discussion (FGD). Questions on the implementation of rural area development in list of questionnaire forms are formulated into three stages of categories; they are full participation (PP) with score 3, partly/moderate participation (PS) with score 2, and less participation with score 1. The result shows that type of farmers participations mostly are categorized into partly/moderate participation, that is 72 percent, and the rest, respectively, are 10.66 percent for full participation and 17,34 percent for less participation. Types of participations in developing rural areas in Regency of Konawe were carried out through three models of participation approach, i.e., farmer participation in developing means and infrastructure of rural areas, participation in strengthening sosio-economical rural areas, and participation in improving output of rural area farming. In conclusion, opportunity, competence, and willingness of farmers to take part in developing rural areas are very low because of the barrier of social system from elite groups in rural areas, as well as it is mostly influenced by the dependence of government program realization, as well as social mobilization which is most familiar in rural communities. Therefore, farmers are given few opportunities actively and really in developing their rural areas
